What Do I Need To Know Before My Examination

After a consultation with the doctor, you may be referred for Structural x-ray’s after which prospective patient may elect to proceed to our NeuroStructural Chiropractic examination. The examination may also be scheduled for a later time if you so choose. As always, the decision is yours and there is never any pressure. The NeuroStructural Chiropractic examination is comprehensive, which means that you should safely plan on allotting no less than 45 minutes of your time.

In addition to any x-ray imaging needed, here’s what to expect in our NeuroStructural Examination:

Digital Structural Analysis
Comprehensive 3D Structural Analysis
Functional movement analysis
NeuroStructural Assessment

The NeuroStructural Chiropractic examination is not only designed to detect NeruoStructural Shifts, but allows for a better understanding of “normal” – and a complete understanding of the underlying cause of your condition. After your examination, you will be scheduled for a conference where we will explain our findings, how we can help you, and how things work if you should decide to work with our practice.

Unlike some other chiropractic offices where the exam is done in 15 minutes by someone other than the doctor, this exam will be thoroughly performed by Dr. Chung to identify the nature of your structural shift. The exam will include:

Precision Structural Digital Radiographs
Structural Digital Measurements
Spinal Surface electromyography
Upper Cervical Spinal Surface Laser-Guided Thermography
***Please be prepared to dress appropriately for the examination. It is required that you have atheletic/gym shorts available, and women should also come with a sports bra for accurate structural assessment.
